I work in a small office- 4 people- and we are looking to purchase a new server. We are going to get Snow Leopard Server, and which would be the best server to go with this? looking at 2 TB, maybe 4 TB

If you want MacOS Snow Leopard Server, your only choices for a server are Apple hardware.

I would suggest you get a MacMini server since it comes with Snow Leopard server with unlimited client licenses then get an external RAID array to store the data on. I would suggest a Drobo, while they are a bit pricy they work phenominally and you can increase the storage just by swapping the drives and allowing it to rebuild itself. All together it would cost you less than $2,000.
