Receiving faxes

I have an HP All-In-One.  Owned 2 1/2 years.....is now off the protection plan.  No problems at all until now.  When I am receiving faxes, I am only getting part of the print on the pages, different each time....maybe 1/2 the page, maybe just the top of the page, and everything in-between, including the occasional page in full.  I have run through every conceivable troubleshooter, slowed down the speed, changed out phone cords-including 4 and 2-conductor cords, and had the phone company check the line-both inside and outside.  All other functions on the unit are working fine, including out-going faxes.  Does anyone have any other suggestions I might try or thoughts on the reason(s) this might be happening?

Re: Receiving faxes

Is the person faxing a larger size paper than 8.5x11? If so, it may split the document into pieces.

Re: Receiving faxes

Not a page size problem, all my settings are correct on my end, and the page start and cut-off is correct.  It seems to be more of an electronics issue, like it is trying  to "read" or process the data coming through.  Slowing down the fax speed has not helped.
