Need a fax that emails

Hi, y'all, and thanks for helping. I need a way to receive faxes and then have them automatically emailed to me. If I can work this out, I can get rid of eFax. My Mac used to do it with the external Apple fax modem, but software upgrades have caused the loss of this functionality. Any recos?
