Indoor/Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker - NO SOUND NO MORE !!! :-(

No volume from it anymore, after about 3 or 4 uses. It sat idle for a month, so I charged it back up, then tried some music. Regardless of device paired to it, the volume is barely audible. Both the phones and the speaker have the volume cranked. It is fully charged.

 

Anyone have any suggestions ?

I'd like you to try to uninstall and then re-install your RF-WSP313. Go through the pairing process again and re-charge it, if necessary. Afterwards, if you're still experiencing issues, then I would recommend bringing it and the receipt back to the place of purchase to pursue warranty replacement. This has a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
