I preordered my five games. I purchased my five games. I have yet to recieve my $100. I have sent two emails to the Rewards Program and have yet to receive a response. I have spent many hours at Best Buy customer service counter looking for help in getting my $100. Though they were very helpful, I have yet to see my $100. Is this program a scam or what?? It's been at least six months and still haven't seen my $100. I did what I was expected on my part. Now when will Best Buy Reward Zone Gamer's Club do their part???? Where is the customer service?? Does anyone care??

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the service you have received thus far. We are certainly here to help and I will do what I can to assist in in this regard.
As it stands so far, I am only able to locate four titles which were pre-ordered: Gears of War 3, Rage, Battlefield 3, and Modern Warfare 3. If there is a separate title that I am missing, please send me a private message using the link in my signature line below to supply the customer service pin number from the receipt I did not see.

Hi Mike.
Got your reply. You are correct that there are four receipts. The 5th preorder game was a second copy of Modern Warfare. Both copies of Modern Warfare were preordered and purchased at the same time. We were told this second copy would count toward our required 5. If you look at my transaction for Modern Warfare, you will see both copies were preordered and purchased. Can you help me get the $100 due to me? Thanks.
