in January, i pre-ordered Gears of War 3, Uncharted 3, and Skyrim. July I pre-ordered Rage. With the promotion, to take advantage of the offer, i pre-ordered Saints Row this week.
Got Gears a few weeks ago, and just had Rage delivered this past week. i go to my account on myrz.com, and only Rage is listed/acknowledged. no recognition of Gears.
i'm counting on that $100 to pre-order PS Vita and stuff down the line.
so, yesterday, i call the 800 number, get someone in the reward zone department who says they can't help me and get transferred to another department. after waiitng on hold for a while, i get a lady who says that hteir phone lines had been being messed up and i was transferred to the wrong place, so she was re-directing my call. wait on hold some more, she comes on and asks for my phone number, wait on hold even longer, then come up on an automated system asking me to enter my account number. what account number? i put in my reward zone number. NOPE. put in my order number. NOPE. stuck
so, after spending 40 minutes on the phone getting no where, i sent an email. still haven't heard anything back.
anyone have any suggestions?

here's another question i have.........because Gears 3 got lost and not counted, am I going to run into the same problem with Uncharted 3 and Skyrim?

wanted to post an update since i know there are a lot of people in the situation.........
i waited my little over 35 day period and called the customer service line. the guy said he was putting in a request to get the points added to my account, and they should be posted within 7 - 10 days.
fingers crossed, we'll see what happens

well, so much for wishful thinking. past the 10 days on friday, no points.
holding off to call again on wednesday, i'm working from home so i can vent out some frustration on them (if needed) in private.
i'm at the point, i'm either getting a manager to resolve this, or talking to someone in their legal department.

i'm happy to report that i got my issue resolved.
like others said, call the reward zone help line, push for a resolution or a supervisor, and keep trying.
after all the headaches, i spoke with Angela, and she was awesome and outstanding. between her and Mike, my faith in Best Buy customer service has been re-kindled. right off the bat she asked me to be patient because to get it through we had to put every ounce of information we could so there was no doubt in getting the approval. game by game, with the order numbers, order dates, ship dates, and receive dates, she left nothing to chance. and, it went right through
so, big relief, for everyone else, keep trying, hang in there, be persistent.
and, a HUGE thanks to Mike and Angela for their help and assistance.
