Seriouly, the Mass Effect 3 promotion debacle is the 3rd time its happened to me. I just hope they have figured it out.....

All depends. No one can predict what will happen. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones cause I never had any issues or delay with dlc or the ME3 promo. I had other problems but everything was fixed nicely. Just have to be patience and be nice.

Hey All,
I appreciate your dialogue and can understand the frustration that some of our recent promotions have caused. I am very happy that the success rates have been much better than 0% (or I'd still be working on the one from last November) but I understand there is still room for growth and improvement.
We are working to ensure that we get ever closer to 100%, but until artificial intelligence improves, I don't think we'll ever reach it. And I've seen enough Hollywood blockbusters to convince me I wouldn't want it if the technology did exist (Maybe they couldn't figure out what to make chicken taste like, which is why chicken tastes like everything)! ![]()
In the meantime, rest assured that Best Buy as a company, and the connectors here on the forums as employees, are committed to resolving any concerns that may arise. You can be confident that if you complete a promotion, we will make sure it is fulfilled. Hi, my order no. is {removed per forum guidelines} .
When I PRE-ORDER this game, there was $20 gift certificate AND some DLC code tobe emailed.
Could you ell me when I can get these promotional items?

Well, I pre-ordered the PC version for instore pickup, originally for May 29th, I got the email last week stating that it was pushed to 6/1. Earlier this week I got the email stating that my order WOULD be ready for pickup on 6/1, checked the status on the phone, and it also said my order was ready to pickup.
So I go to the store today, and sure enough (NO Max Payne 3 PC in stock). The Cust Service behind the counter were apologetic, but were not sure WHEN I would be able to pick it up.
I called the telephone customer support and they tell me another BestBuy in my are has them in stock, and the person transfers my order there.
1 hour later i get another email stating that THAT store doesnt have it in stock either!!!! Seriously?!
So here I am, essentially held hostage, since if I cancel this, I won't recieve my preorder GF bonus. Can someone HELP!!! Please?
