So after months and months of working to get my Gamers Rewardzone added to my account, I finally received the welcome packet late last week. So today I open the envelope and examine the coupons only to read the coupons expired 12/31/11. Is this a friggin joke. So what now, any BBY forum mod want to resolve this for me ?

I encountered a similar situation. I received my welcome packet on 12/29/11 with an expiration date of 12/31/11. This is after signing up in September and having multiple issues with getting my Unlocked status to activate. I would really appreciate receiving a packet of coupons with more than two days to race to a store before they expire, when other members received their coupons months ago. I've received great support from the moderators here, so hopefully they will be able to correct this quickly.
