I just purchased the unlocked today...is this supposed to show up in my reward zone account as unlocked now or how long does it usually take?

also, my receipt looks like it is the digital version?? i wanted the actual magazine, not whatever this digital stuff is. the receipt shows GAMER DIGIT, GAMER DIGITAL-10 ISSUE SUBSCR...is it supposed to be like this or how would i go about getting the physical copies mailed to me...called @gamer customer service and they said I would not be in their system for a few weeks and I should contact BB.

Not sure about the digital part, but it can take up to 4 days to show status (normally 24-48 hours)

I hope we can get a stickied thread regarding the new digital mag since there's gonna be alot of ?'s about it. Would be nice to be able to print the coupon from day 1 in the event that our mag is late. But as with all things digital I guess will have to make sure that the online coupons aren't abused. But a well thought out system should suffice.

Yeah I know there is a new digital version coming up...my question is did they just automatically give me the digital version instead of the physical mailed issues? Because I don't want a digital version at all end don't want to have problems with getting my mailed issues bc they didn't give me the choice in the store of which version I wanted. I went to the store again today and they had no idea...spoke with 3 different people.

Welcome aboard Gamer's Club Unlocked!  I hope you find all the new benefits very rewarding for you.

I have reviewed your account and the store properly Unlocked your account, so you are set on that side of things, but they did in fact set you up to receive a digital copy of the magazine. Regrettably this is not something that the store can change.  We ask that customers who receive a digital copy of the magazine but would like to switch to physical contact @Gamer by email at the following email address:

GMRcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com.

Conversely, if a subscriber currently receives a physical copy but would like to go digital and have coupons emailed, s/he can use that same email address to put in the request.

I understand it will take a little time for @Gamer to have your information and this may cause your first issue to go digital for you.  I am sorry for this inconvenience.  I am sending you a private message to discuss this further.

Why can't you have both the physical and digital copies for your convenience? For instance, I never received my Feb or March copy of the magazine. I called inquiring about it and was essentially told there was nothing they could do but resend them. They offered to extend my subscription by a month as well, but that's not what I'm looking for. It would cost you guys nothing to add a digital subscription to a chstomer's account who is already receiving the physical version of the magazines. If it had been available to me, I'd be able to enjoy the last two months of the magazine. Instead, I am sitting here just hoping the two I'm missing actually show up this time around.

While I do tend to agree with you, I don't think they are too worried about adding perks to the physical copy subscriptions, seeing as they are phasing out physical copies. If and when you renew, your only choice will be digital.
