Signed up for GC Unlocked in October, still not a single magazine!

And I know its not a problem with the address, since in december I received my welcome packet

 

Really annoyed because I want this months magazine's coupons to use for a game currently on sale.

 

I called RZ twice, and each time they said they would look into it but nothing has been accomplished. Why oh why can't I get the magazine for free in store???

I'm having the same problem, right down to the last detail.  It's actually what I just registered to post about, go figure.  

 

Signed up on 10-02-11, received my Welcome Packet a couple months later and haven't received a single issue.  It wasn't a big deal initially but these last couple months have been great for @gamer coupons and it's irritating to miss out on them.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest calling the publisher @ 1-800-678-3643. They would be the ones who can look into your magazine account and be mailing it out

called them they tell me to call best buy. who then tells me to call the magazine hence the run around.

Ah, gotcha. Bummer. Well, sit tight, a Community Connector will be along in a few days, and they should be able to get you taken care of.

I apologize if you have been getting send back and forth between Best Buy and @Gamer. I am sure that all you want is a proper resolution to this issue and I am going to try to achieve that outcome for you. I have reached out to one of my contacts at @Gamer magazine, and have asked them to look into your account to see if an error occurred during your renewal.
