Really annoyed because I want this months magazine's coupons to use for a game currently on sale.
I called RZ twice, and each time they said they would look into it but nothing has been accomplished. Why oh why can't I get the magazine for free in store???

I'm having the same problem, right down to the last detail. It's actually what I just registered to post about, go figure.
Signed up on 10-02-11, received my Welcome Packet a couple months later and haven't received a single issue. It wasn't a big deal initially but these last couple months have been great for @gamer coupons and it's irritating to miss out on them.

called them they tell me to call best buy. who then tells me to call the magazine hence the run around.
