Problem with the "get 5, get $100 back" sorry to bother

Hello, Unfortunately, I have been having problems with the RZGC promotion from last holiday. I have received the rest of my RZ points for items purchased throughout the holiday (thanks for the excellent deals, by the way), but had not acquired the notice for 5000 points listed on Myrz.com. I tried contacting the helpline for Premier Silver members, but they said they couldn't help me. Before the checklist at MYRZ.Com was taken down, all games were checked off except for the Zelda for Wii. (not sure why?) As per other posters, this is the list of titles I had preordered and purchased for the program: 1. Just Dance 3 - Xbox 360 - 10/4/2011 2. Batman Arhkam City Collector's Edition - PS3 - 10/18/11 3. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition - PS3 - 11/8/2011 4. Uncharted 3 Collector's Edition - PS3 - 11/1/11 5. Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Bundle - Wii - 11/20/11 Thanks again for your time. I appreciate any or all help given. If you need any more information, please let me know
