I have been fighting an issue with my RZ linked to a Gamers unlocked .  I've gone thru many months with Best Buy Reward xone on the phne and with the store and it still looks like the Gamers portion of my RZ is not unlocked, can someone take a look, I put in tickets since december (I first purchased the subscription in Oct) and it looks like i have missed out on the 100 of dollars of points and extras, tonight I'm about to drop several hundred for Vita and i am going to miss out again on points , someome pleas PM me and take a look, thanks!

I'm sorry to hear of all the trouble you've experienced over these past months trying to get your account on track with Gamers Club Unlocked. I found the receipt and see that the store sold you an @Gamer subscription rather than Gamers Club Unlocked, which would have also included the magazine subscription. We should be able to get that cleared up from here and I will work toward that end.

Gamers Club Free and Gamers Club Unlocked both offer the double points for games and gaming related purchases, so you should not have missed out on any points for that reason, and the pre-order 5 for $100 in certificates was also offered to both Free and Unlocked members, so we will need to investigate why this wasn't completed. Well, it's nearly been a month.... lol still not unlocked, I 'm not sure why I had to jump like 39084038402 loops, I ended up preordering my Mass Effect 3 at a competitor, without the gamers unlocked I would not have been able to get the full Mass Effect 3 special so I decided to get the pre-order goodies at the competitor instead . Is there any more push, this has become epic in now long to get this fixed lol

I paid for a Gamer's Unlocked upgrade on my Silver Premier Rewards back when the Buy 5 get $100 was announced, sometime in September/October. It's been 5 months +, and I still am not registering as a unlocked member for Gamer's Club on my MYRZ.com's profile page. I've made 3 calls to customer service over the last 3 months and each time they say give us 10 days and it'll be fixed. Well now something needs to be done immediately because before I wasn't losing any money, but now I am. I pre-ordered Mass Effect3 only because it had an offer for a $20 gift card for unlocked members however my status is only showing up as free access still and so the store won't give me the $20 gc. I'm taking my $5 deposit back and canceling my preorder for the game since I was only buying it since it was pretty much as if I was getting it for $40. On top of that I was trading in games towards the preorder for mass effect and didn't get my extra 10% trade in bonus. So considering the fact that I can't get my preorder bonus $20 gc and can't and haven't received extra 10% trade in bonuses on all my trades over the last 5-6 months, I'm losing money. I need this fixed if I'm gonna be making any game transactions at Best Buy now. I'm freezing all purchasing at Best Buy until this is resolved. Please help someone.

I would be happy to help you resolve this. I have checked through your account and could not find where Gamer's Club Unlocked was purchased. It is possible your Reward Zone account was not attached to the transaction. Would it be possible to locate the the customer service pin number from the receipt and send it to me in a private message?
