Same here, I have been calling every week with no help. Just called today and was told that they couldn't do anything about it, that it was all being handled by the gaming department. Now that Christmas has come and gone I would hope that they would be able to honor their promotion. Shouldn't be to busy any more. Come on Best Buy give us what is owed to us. We followed your rules now get our certificates to us.
