Still nothing, and nobody has responded to my PMs since November when they said they'd help me if I sent them my information. This is infuriating.

Same here, I have been calling every week with no help.  Just called today and was told that they couldn't do anything about it, that it was all being handled by the gaming department.  Now that Christmas has come and gone I would hope that they would be able to honor their promotion.  Shouldn't be to busy any more.  Come on Best Buy give us what is owed to us.  We followed your rules now get our certificates to us.

I have yet to receive my points as of today the 31st.

As per the last response by mike, I contacted Mike by Pm on the 20th and then again on the 23rd. Having no reply by the 27th I contacted Kyle to my problem but have received no reply from either member.

My gamers club promotion shows that I qualified for 4 of 5 games: rage, batman arkham asylum, uncharted 3, and assassins creed revelations.

It doesn't show me qualifying for call of duty modern warfare 3. However the receipt clearly shows the preorder deposit being correctly used.

Please contact me about what to do.
