I preordered and bought the games. Last game was Zelda. I contacted customer support and they told me I am disqualified because I used gift certificates to make the purchases.
Tell me where in the "Terms of Offer" that it says you can't use certificates to benefit from this program?

Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Battlefield 3
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I have still gotten no response from "Mike". Though I've seen posts that hes been replying to, but not mine.
The customer service rep over email told me they would escelate the problem, this was a 4 days ago. Still no response.

And now I was told by the customer service guy that it's correct and I'm disqualified. Even though I sent a link and quoted "

Which clearly states that I should not be disqualified.
And I've seen other people on these boards have this problem corrected.

I didn't receive mine either, and their telephone customer service is very frustrating. It took my screaming cockatoo to override the voice command automated service and get me to an agent, only to have someone that is outsourced say, "Best Buy customer service. We no have system to service you, please call back in 24.....hours?" I couldn't even explain my problem to the representative. WTH....
I pre-ordered the following:
Resistance 3
(2) Uncharted 3
Skyrim
Saints Row
The last purchase was at or around November 15th.
I need some feedback from an online representative.....preferable not someone stating "Dees ees Peggy..."
