Not Receiving Double Points For Gaming Purchases?

I have noticed that up until a few months ago, my RZ purchases list has been acting very odd.  At times it shows nothing on dates that I purchased items and then they reappear.  Now I appear to not be getting double points for game purchases.  For example, I bought Medal of Honor and it is only showing the purchase price and no GC Bonus which it used to do.  I would appreciate it Mike-BBY, if you could look into it for me. Before the irregulairty it used to show the number of regular points that I am supposed to receive + the GC Bonus, now there is no Bonus listed.  Any help?

Hi Emby25,

While I don't have access to the same view you have when you log in on www.MYRZ.com, I have checked our records for your purchases, and I am still seeing RZGC everyday bonus points being awarded with regularity. I found the Medal of Honor purchase, for example, and show that points were awarded.

It is possible you are looking at your transactions on the Points and Purchases page and not expanding the transaction information to see what the purchase was. For example, I purchased Smallville Season 10 as one of my recent transactions, and if I don't expand the transaction I see the standard points and a second line showing 0 Gamers Club points listed as a points adjustment. This is correct, as a TV show will not gain points, but I wouldn't have known it was a TV show without expanding the information.

I hope this helps clear up any questions you may have had, but if not please let me know what is going on and I'll see what can be done.

As a quick side-note to this, it may be helpful to remind users that there is a current year-end update being run through the system, and this may be causing delays in what you can currently view in your transaction page. The following message is currently being displayed when users visit their Points and Purchases page:

From February 3 - 16, Reward Zone will be updating year-end transactional information, which may delay the posting of some of your more recent transactions.

Your complete transaction information will appear as our update is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
