I have a Reward Zone Gamer's Club acccount and opened the account in September due to the pre-order 5, get $100 promotion going on. I pre-ordered the five games and purchased all of them. It shows on my account that I did pre-order them and that I purchased all of them. Yet I have still not received the $100 credit I was promised for the purchases. I tried contacting the customer call center to resolve this issue but was hung up on twice during my call and when I did end up reaching a represnetative he seemed confused so I am not sure the matter was processed at all. Spending 45 minutes on the phone with customer service to try to resolve an issue like this was not what I expected from Best Buy, especially since I have shopped at the store since I was a kid and always thought the customer service was excellent. It seems I was sorely mistaken on this aspect. Please resolve this issue soon. The Games I pre-ordered and purchased were:
Batman Arkham City (PS3)
Uncharted 3 (PS3)
Elder Scrolls: Skyrim (PS3)
Battlefield 3 (PS3)
Saints Row 3 (PS3)
