It has been a little over a month since you have forwarded my information to request a packet be reissued. I still have not received a welcome packet, and would like to know the current status of the request. Thank you!

if they make the coupon packs avail. in-store this would solve the problem in one swoop & increase unlocked memberships at the same time. I say put it to a vote here make it so BB.

This is such a messy and ill-executed relationship. It is a shame too because I would like to see convenient competition in a lasting fashion for GameStop.
@Gamer says they do not send the welcome packets and suggest I contact BBY RZ. BBY RZ then tells me they don't have anything to do with the welcome packets and suggest I call @Gamer. Then I got a RZ supervisor who told me that the actual store that sold me my subscription will send me a welcome packet between 1 to 3 months after my signing up.
This requires an inordinate amount of time to get any answers on the phone and one must be ridiculously patient.
I am rooting for BBY here to streamline this process so it can be much less painful to prospective GCU members.
