Missing Points for 5\100

Just like most others, I am missing points for the 5\100 promotion.  My last game was Zelda on November 20th and it's the only one not showing up on my tracker as pre-ordered or even purchased, but my pre-order and purchase both show up in my purchase history.

 

I'm very concerned since other forum members have said that they have 5000 points showing as pending for the purchase on Nov. 20th.  My purchase on Nov.20th has already posted with only the points for the outright purchase of the Zelda game.

 

Any help on this?  My 5000 aren't even showing as pending like they are for other forum members and my zelda purchase has already posted it's 100 points.

I'm in the same exact boat as you. My points for Zelda cleared but the promotion points never showed up

I hate that Mike, and only Mike, is assigned to this issue.  If you call the 1-800 number they treat you like either a criminal or an ignorant idiot.  I had problems at the beginning of this promotion getting the NCAA Football 2012 to show up in the tracker, so the 1-800 number specialist told me to buy five other games and I did just that:

 

Gears of War 3

Batman Arkham City

Battlefield 3

Assassin's Creed Revelations

Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword

 

Five games is exactly what the rules stipulate.

Called 1-888 Bestbuy and they had no clue what promotion I was talking about.  After the reward zone person went and asked a supervisor she asked for me to manually give her all five dates and to double-check that the pre-order and purchase are on the same reciept.  After going through all of that, I was told that there must be some other reason I didn't qualify for the promotion and I will get a call back in a couple of days and that if you didn't get the points by the 35th day it's because you probably didn't qualify or made a mistake and disqualified yourself.

Called 1-888-BESTBUY and the new call center rep was amazing.  I truly feel like she solved my issue.  I can see the 5000 manual points adjustment in my reward zone account and I am just waiting for it to post so I can mark this tread 'SOLVED".
