I've been an unlocked member for over a month now and I still haven't received my welcome package coupons. I'd really like to use them for the PSVita launch. Any idea how long it takes to send these out?

I heard about this and haven't received one either. Haven't got my Jan/Feb @Gamer mag in the mail yet too.

Hey Guys,

The welcome packets and magazines are not sent out together, but both take about 6-8 weeks for the first to arrive in the mail. In this case, the magazine may be a bit longer as the January and February months are grouped into one issue, so the next to be mailed will be March.
