If I understand correctly, you purchased a Gamers Club Unlocked membership, but the store did not attach your Reward Zone account at the time of purchase.  Is this correct?  I'm sorry for the errors and delay in correcting this.  I am going to send you a private message to get the receipt information from the purchase.  Please reply to that and I will take it from there.
