I did not know about this and I already have a preorder in for the CE version of Mass Effect 3. Any way to get that changed up as I'd rather not risk losing the CE ;(

You get the eGC emailed after the time of purchase. He later said in this thread that all preorders, regardless of when, would receive this deal.

I emailed this question and my receipt number but never got a reply to this question and i'm really stuck now.  I preordered the ME3 Collectors Edition a couple weeks ago for PS3.  They are no longer taking preorders but I noticed when I traded in games towards the purchase he scanned my card but when he finished the trades and rung up the preorder he did not scan my card and my receipt for the preorder does not have my gamers club membership number anywhere on it.  

How can i be sure to get the $20 gift certificate, can someone manually add my membership to the preorder, will they be able to re-ring my preorder and I can still get the CE, hoping someone can help me out here.

I don't know for sure and this is just an idea, but you can try adding it to your account using the "report missing points" function on the myrz.com page. If the pre-order and purchase both show on the same account, that might get you your gift certificate.

But then again, aren't Unlocked members supposed to get 10% extra or something like that on trades? If he didn't scan your card, you might not have gotten the proper value for your trades. But they might be able to straighten that out in-store with a price adjustment.
