So reading other peoples' posts, I've come to understand that the issue is starting to get resolved, just wanted to get my information out there so I can get my problem fixed too.

Battlefield 3 Limited Edition: preordered 10/6/11, game came out 10/25 and I purchased on 10/28.
Uncharted 3: preordered 10/6/11, game came out 11/1, purchased on 11/3.
Modern Warfare 3: preordered 10/6/11, game came out 11/8 and I purchased on 11/8
Saints Row The Third: preordered 10/6/11, came out 11/15 and purchased 11/18.
Zelda Skyward Sword: preordered 10/6/11, came out 11/20 and I bought it 11/23.

Also preordered Skyrim on 11/8/11, it came out 11/11 and I bought it on 11/13.

So all purchases were done within 5 days of release. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also, to aid in any efforts the community representatives have, I signed up for the gamers club unlocked membership the same day I did the initial preorders, which was 10/6/11. I have received my magazine subscriptions and my welcome packets, just not the reward certificate.
