Today is January 6th 2012, I open my mailbox to find the gamers club unlocked welcome package with the stickers and some coupons. Look at the date on the coupons - 9/12/11-12/31/11. What the heck is up with that these things expired 6 days ago why am I only getting these now?? WTB some coupons that did not expire yet.

Tried calling bestbuy theres no one there that knows anything about these coupons. I contacted RZ then they transferred me to consumer relations then back to RZ. Is there someone on this forum (a mod) that can actually assist all of us that are receiving late coupons? Or are we just wasting our time? I actually like to take advantage of these coupons.

I am terribly sorry for this disappointing development. I have been informed our new packet has the same coupons with a new expiration date. I will research the possibility of getting this sent to you and others who received the packet late or not at all.

I received word today that you are in line to get a new packet, but it isn't scheduled to be shipped until 3/16. You should receive it sometime after that.

Not that I like to bring up old threads, but I think we were both lied to. Its May and I never did receive my "new" welcome packet that was supposed to be shipped on 3/16. Should I just forget about it already?

BB should try & get as much stuff done in-store as possible when it come GCU.

Unfortunately, this won't help you OP unless it went into effect ASAP & you could just go & pick it up.

I'm sorry to hear you're having continued trouble with the welcome packet.  I was informed that my requested packets made their way out, so I'm not sure what happened along the way.  I'll see what we can do at this point.
