Changes for the Reward Zone Gamers Club are right around the corner! Beginning on September 12, 2011, Reward Zone Gamers Club members will begin earning double points on new game software, including digital content and accessories purchases.
Members will continue to earn 500 bonus points for every $150 spent on video games, PC games, and video game accessories between now and 9/12. On 9/12, all members will automatically begin to receive the new Reward Zone Gamers Club benefits. Existing members will earn double points on all new software and accessories purchases automatically going back to 6/1/11 (these points will post around 9/12/11).
Reward Zone Gamers Club members can also join the new Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked at any Best Buy store location for $14.99 per year and enjoy additional benefits including:
- A free subscription to @Gamer, the exclusive gaming magazine
- 10% off all pre-owned software purchases
- 10% bonus credit on trade-in software
- Reward Zone Gamers Club exclusive offers

There will be two tiers beginning 9/12/11. The base Reward Zone Gamers Club will be free. The Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked will be $14.99/year.

Do I have to be a part of Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked to be eligible for the “preorder 5 games, get $100 certificate” offer?
You can belong to either level of Reward Zone Gamers Club (Free tier, or Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked for $14.99) to be able to participate.
Once I enroll in Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked, how long is there membership for?
Their membership is good for 1 year from the date of enrollment.
Will I receive a new card that says Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked?
No, but Reward Zone Gamers Club Members will receive a welcome packet that includes 4 stickers. These stickers can be placed on your current Reward Zone Card to identify your membership within the Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked.
Will I still receive 500 points for every $150 spent?
Members have between now and 9/11/11 to earn their 500 bonus points and then starting 9/12, members will earn double points on new software games, including digital content, and accessory purchases. The 500 point bonus for spending $150 will no longer be offered.
How and why are current Reward Zone Gamers Club members receiving double points for purchases that they have made going back to June 1, 2011 through September 11, 2011?
Current Reward Zone Gamers Club members are going to receive this benefit because of your loyalty to the Reward Zone Gamers Club program and we want to give you a sneak peak of what the new club offers. You will receive additional points for purchases already made and see these points reflect on your account around September 11, 2011.

What if I already paid for an @Gamer subscription?
All current @Gamer subscribers will be mailed a coupon to join Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked for free! @Gamer subscribers will also receive a coupon within their September issue to redeem within any Best Buy store allowing them to get the Reward Zone Gamers Club membership for free.
If I am already subscribed and chose to join in Gamers Club Unlocked, how many issues will I have coming when the changes happen in September?
@Gamer Subscriptions will restart upon enrollment of Reward Zone Gamers Club Unlocked. Meaning, if you have four issues left in your current subscription, upon enrollment you will receive 10 issues; not 14. If you have purchased the two year @Gamer subscription online, you will get the balance of what you have not received. For example, if you had 18 issues left to receive, you will still receive 18 issues; not 28.
What if I subscribed to @Gamer after the news about Gamers Club Unlocked went out?
If you signed up for @Gamer between Aug. 12 and Sept. 11, you will receive your coupon with a letter that will arrive in September.
As a current @Gamer subscriber, how long will I have to sign up for Gamers Club Unlocked for free?
You will have between Sept. 12 and Oct. 26 to redeem your offer.
