I have my gamer's club membership unlocked. One benefit is get 10% discount on preowned game. When I went over to my local store to purchase preowned games last week, the 10% discount didn't show up. I talk to customer rep about it, they keep telling me I can't double dip with the current promo. I explain to them that bestbuy.com is working with the promo. Any recourse for this? It is clearly a system error.

I do believe there are some instances where the bonus will not be available, such as in a buy one-get one offer or other bundles. Could you give more explanation about the offer you were using that did not also get the 10% bonus?

I think it was buy 2 get 2 free offer for that week. I bought game online and instore. Online order has additional 10% discount versus instore
