Hi Kyle,
Thanks for the reply! Your psuedo-FAQ explained a lot actually.
But I do have one more question:
With the change of the program on Sept. 11th, will I still get my $10 cert for $150? Since 35 days (Aug 24th -> Sept 29th) is well beyond the program change date, how will that affect my $150 point total? Will Best Buy still honor qualifying purchases before the change date, even if the pending period is after that date? Or will they invalidate what I have and say "What you have on Sept 11 is all you get. If you don't reach the $150, too bad"???
Please let me know.
Thanks!
RL

That's a good question and the answer is we will be honoring the "spend $150 get 500pts" offer all qualifying gaming purchases up to and including September 11th. Anything purchased on and after September 12th will no longer qualify as the offer will no longer be in effect. Purchases will still need to go through the regular 35-day pending period before any bonuses will be awarded but they will still show up.

Hello tormond -
I wasn't able to locate your account using your email address from our forums but if you want to send me a private message with your full name and Reward Zone member ID I would be glad to look into that for you.

In mid August, on the Gamer's Club bar I was 7 points away from the 150. I decided to get Deus Ex through BestBuy.com and that part went through fine. However, when the gamer points went through, they posted and I then had 23 on the bar, but the normal 500 points to my account never got posted. I wrote to customer service about a week ago and I haven't gotten a response with this. Anyone help with this?
Thanks
William

Hi Kyle,
Not to nag at this, but it's been 35 days since I purchased my controller battery purchase back in August, but I see no activity in terms of the $10 cert for hitting the old $150 limit.
Mind looking into this again to see what's up?
Thanks a lot,
RL
