Gamer's Club New Mario Promo

Has anyone received the free Wii Points card that was supposed to be mailed after purchasing New Super Mario Wii last month? I purchased on 11/15 and have not received.

I also bought the game on launch day and haven't received the card either. I called customer service about a month ago and the nice lady told me to give it another month... which just passed.

Good afternoon everyone,


Ok, good news… I just received word that these Wii points cards from the promotion went into the mail today!  I apologize for any misunderstanding and/or delay.  If you do not receive your promotional Wii points card within the next 14 business days (from today), please send me a private message with your member number and Customer Service Pin number from your receipt and I will look into it right away – hoping everybody now receives theirs easily now though!

I know many of you have contacted me regarding this promotion and that you still have not received it as expected, I again sincerely apologize!

I want to let you all know, however, that we have sent a message over to the supplier and are currently awaiting their response.  Therefore, as soon as I know more I will be sure to follow up with each of you to make sure this is corrected accordingly.

Ok, I have some good news again!  :smileyhappy:

It appears that the process for mailing these promotions out started two weeks ago, but due to the high number involved, should finally be complete by the end of this week.  Therefore, you may have already received your promotion, but if not, don’t worry, it should still be on the way! 

 

I apologize for any confusion I may have caused, and I will continue to watch over the situation to make sure everybody receives their promotion accordingly!

I was just trying to figure out why I received the points card in the mail tonight (from either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday's mail; 2/26/10-2/28/10), but now it makes sense! I bought the Super Mario Bros Wii on Black Friday 11/27/09 and just now received the card, hope this helps anyone else out there still waiting or wondering why they received the card.

Also, the card came in an envelope from Best Buy Stores Corporate office with only the Wii Points card inside, no explanation or letter.
