Hello,

On 1/29 I purchased a $29.99 used game (Gears of War 3, for the record) as required by the promo to get a free upgrade to the Gamers Club Unlocked membership.  I don't see this having been applied to my account.  Am I missing something, or will it take more time?  I want to make sure I get the $20 for pre-ordering the Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition.

In order to get registered for Gamers Club Unlocked, you need to purchase it in-store. With this offer, the subscription was free when you purchased a used game $29.99 or more on the same receipt. I am sorry the store cashier was able to properly explain this to you at the time of purchase. I will be sending you a private message with further information.
