If properly completed, you should be able to see the status change within a matter of minutes. When you log in at www.MYRZ.com, you will now see "RZ Gamers Club Unlocked
through" at the top of the grey sidebar. I see that yours was completed successfully.

Hi Mike! I have a request about this promotion that I hope you can handle or direct me to the correct person to talk to.

After seeing this promotion when it was still available, I went to one of the local Best Buys and purchased a product that I had been wanting because I was interested in the Unlocked membership. When I asked about the promotion the salesperson at the checkout counter said that it would be automatically applied to my account and hurried me out the door. To be sure the next day I called the customer support line and talked to a customer service representative named Beverley who was unfamiliar with the promotion but said that the reason that it is not showing up on my account was because of the return policy that you guys have and that the Unlocked membership would probably be active after the product couldn't be returned. But I see here you say it should be effective pretty much immediately.

I did buy a used game for $29.99 on 1/30/2012 which is showing on my rewardzone account under pending purchases. But I am still listed as having just the free Gamer's Club account. So I am not sure what I need to do to get the Unlocked membership applied to my account.

I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you had with this offer. In order to get signed up for Gamers Club Unlocked, the store would have needed to enroll you on the same receipt of the game purchase. As it stands now, you have not been Unlocked. As this offer was only valid last week, I can't direct you back to the store to process an exchange either. I am sorry for the trouble this has been.
