Pre ordered dead space 3 and bought it day 1 now the points have been posted for the game but not the 1000 extra for victory can be pre ordered promotion.

It is common for bonus points not to post to a member's account until after the 35 day pending period, and we would want to allow that full time frame for the bonus points to post.  I reviewed your account using the email address you registered with the forum, and it does appear that you are an active Unlocked member, so you should qualify for the 1000 Victory Can Be Pre-ordered bonus points.

If after the 35 day pending period your bonus points have still not posted, please do not hesitate to send me a private message, and I will see what I can do to assist.  The same goes for any of our other Unlocked members.  You can send a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature with the little envelope.

I am having the same problem. I think people are a bit reactionary because these types of promotions have always had issues in the past. Probably doesn't help that they change the way it works each time.

I can understand that it can take 35 days to post, but the way that it should work is that it shows up in the Rewards Zone queue and lists the points along with the 1000 for the Unlocked membership, but all of the points should stay pending until the 35 days have passed. That way you at least know they have been accounted for and that Best Buy is aware of the situation. But by being credited a few points and nothing more, it just looks like a mistake or an oversight. 

So, now I don't show anything for this game, nor Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, nor Crysis 3. Now we have Tomb Raider and God of War just around the corner. Maybe it is due to all my past Unlocked Gamers Club experiences, but I'm really skeptical about these showing up without any intervention.

I can understand potentially having concerns if the 1000 bonus points have not emerged as pending along with the standard points; however, that is actually fairly common when it comes to bonus points.  If you are an active Unlocked member and you pickup your pre-order of an eligible gaming title within 7 days of the release date, then you should receive the 1000 bonus points.

Those bonus points are expected to post to a qualifying Unlocked member's account following the 35 day pending period, but as I mentioned in my prior post, please do not hesitate to send me a private message if they do not and I would be happy to help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the envelope within my signature.
