Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem with receiving their War action figure promo?
Ok this is how this started. I cancelled my pre-order at XXXXX Stop for the Darksiders Video Game because Best Buy was giving an exclusive "War" Action Figure. I went and pre ordered the game at Best Buy. I notice on the preorder box it states that they are going to send the action figure to the address on the my Reward zone card I have the best buy cashier update my address at this time I also go home and update my address as well. I am patiently waiting for my action figure to arrive in the mail. I send reward zone my info again along with this email
Questions or Comments: Hello I recently pre ordered the Video game Darksiders. The promotion that you ran states that I recieve an action figure. I have a best buy reward zone card and I had updated my address but I still have not recieved my action figure my rewardzone card number is . I called the customer service and they told me to go to the store that I purchased the game at. I went to the store and the manager of the store told me to contact you. I am getting very frustrated.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am really sorry you have not received your action figure from the Darksiders game that you purchased. I can tell you that it may take 4 to 6 weeks before you receive it by mail. I am sure you are anxiously waiting for your promotional item. I can tell you that you should not have to wait too much longer. You should be receiving it shortly.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your action figure with your game. I would be happy to look into this but will need to verify the BBY01 order number so we can look at the order. I looked at your account and found that a previous person told you to wait about 4 to 6 weeks about a month ago but I did not see the order number. Please verify the BBY01 order number and we will be able to look closer at the order and get more information. Sorry for the continued delay.

After spending over an hour on the phone today and getting no help whatsoever from the store that I purchased the game at in Las Vegas. I have come here with the hopes of getting some information on where my action figure is. I have all of my reciepts and all of my emails. I really wish that I could just get my action figure

Don't bother asking where your figure is because you're not getting it. It's that simple. Even though customer service said it will be sent to you, it's a dirty lie. I was told the same thing, but I didn't get my figure. All I got was a lot of frustration dealing with customer service. It took over a week to get a reply, but a customer service rep blamed it on being backlogged. I can post the emails between myself and the customer service reps, but it's like Abbot and Costello's Who's on First comedy routine. I'm talking about one thing, and they're thinking that I'm talking about something else.
In the end, all I got was 500 RZ points and an offer for a suitable replacement (if I decide to ask for it) to continue to be a Best Buy customer.
With such horrible customer service, why would I continue to buy from Best Buy? I rather spend 60 dollars on a game from G A Me Stop or Amason than to spend 60 bucks on a game from Best Buy and get 10 dollars in RZ points or gift certificates. The trouble isn't worth the money. Circuit Sity went out of business because the customer service was lousy, and I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happens to Best Buy. Amason's customer service is so much better. If Amason can't answer my question, they'll point me in the right direction.
