5/100 Promotion Question

Hello, 

 

I don't mean to add to the ever growing number of posters who have issues with the 5/100 promotion, but I am in the same boat as many others on this message board. 

 

Here are my preorders, which were all picked up within 5 days of release:

9/20: Gears of War 3  

10/18: Batman: Arkham City 

11/1: Uncharted 3: 

11/11: The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim

11/15: Assassins Creed: Revelations.

 

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Mike, I am also having this issue. It has been 45 days since I purchased my fifth game.

 

My purchases are:

 

Gears of War 3 (preordered 9/13, purchased 9/20)

 

Batman: Arkham City (preordered 10/8, purchased 10/18)

 

Uncharted 3 (preordered 10/25, purchased 11/1)

 

Assassin's Creed Revelations (preordered 11/1, purchased 11/15)

 

The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword bundle (preordered 11/1, purchased 11/20)

 

I just checked my RZ account. It's all there.
