Recycling (Going Green)

With the new store layouts, I'm wondering where to place larger recyclables. Before, I'd place them on a cart at customer service. Has this been relocated as well?

Each store is different, we wouldn't be able to determine on an online forum. I'd ask your local store where they go, as they should know.

I haven't heard that we have changed the process on recycling items at our stores, and would assume you would still bring all items to Customer Service still. Have you been told otherwise by your local store?

Well before I would brind them to customer service and place them on a cart. I actually just went there today and I asked two different people and one told me to set the stuff in front of some white panneling near customer service; the other told me to slide the white panneling back and place the stuff in the boxes they have there (which did have boxes full of electronics to recycle).

Hi neptoonz,

Bringing them to Customer Service is the appropriate step, but each store might have different ways they handle items being recycled after the customer has approached Customer Service with these items.
