Hi Everyone,
Have you ever wondered how much greenhouse gas emissions your household is responsible for? The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a Household Emissions Calculator that estimates your current household greenhouse gas emissions, then suggests actions that your household can take to lower these emissions, and then it will show you an estimate on how much you will save (in dollars and emissions) if you put their suggestions for improvement into action.
You will need to have recent gas, electric, and/or oil bills handy, and since energy bills vary greatly by season the EPA suggests using an average of winter and summer values to get the most accurate results.
Thanks,
Allan
