How get recycle old computer parts? 'Hard drive, cards, and other'

I am looking for drop old computers parts:

Internal hard drive (total 3 I formatted not sure)
video card (just one but broken)
parts lot wires and plugs

How know where get drop close? Or Best Buy store? Or ship free cost?

BB cannot accept HDDs. BB will accept the other two things.
