Recycling (Going Green)

I ordered online and did not have free delivery during the ordering process.  I did the in store pick up option as it was the only one available at that time.  Now there is free delivery and haul away of my old TV.  I have already pick up the TV but would still like to get the haul away option.

How Do I Make That Happen??\

I am truly sorry that it took me this long to respond to this, and I hope you already got this old TV recycled. Unfortunately we don't provide haul away/recycling of an old TV for a purchase that is picked up at one of our stores. The only real option I can think of is to see if your local store would be able to schedule be able to schedule our pick up service for you.

If this TV you needed hauled away is a CRT TV 32 inches or smaller, or it is a flat panel TV 60 inches or smaller, you could bring it to your local Best Buy® store to be recycled for $10; in return you would receive a $10 Best Buy® gift card.
