iTunes Multipack Discount

I'm apparently never going to get an answer via my email, so I figure I best ask here if I expect an answer before the promotion ends.

 

There is a promotion that I got VIA email saying 15% off iTunes gift cards purchased by Premiere Silver members now through Dec. 24th. In the fine print, it says:

 

Markdowns taken from regular prices. Limit 2 iTunes Gift Card multi-packs per Premier Silver member.

 

However, when I placed my order online, I only got the discount on one of the two multi-packs. I can't get anyone to respond about this issue through email. Is there anyone that can help me on the forums? The weird thing is, if you try to buy them right now online, the same thing happens. You only get the discount on one pack. But the offer clearly says 15% of "iTunes Gift Card Multi-Packs" Packs is plural. So I'm not sure what the deal is there.

I ran into the same issue in the store, buying two packs per the maximum, but didn't realize the problem until I was on my way home. I would like to know if I should go back and get the price adjusted.

I called in this morning to talk to someone. At first she was like, "Yeah, you got a 15% discount. Each item was only $27.75." 

 

I had to point out that the discount was only 15% off one of the two items. Then she had to go find the deal and read about it. And she was like, "It says you MAY get 15% off, but it doesn't say what you have to do to get that discount" :smileyindifferent:

 

Anyway, she ended up saying that there was another department that generally handles this sort of thing, so she transferred my case to them, and gave me a case number. She said "Maybe it's an online thing", to which I mentioned that citizen37 had brought up that the same thing happened to him in store. So she mentioned that when transferring it over. Hopefully it will get straightened out. I'd hate to have to return them both, and then make two separate purchases to get the correct discount.
