Premier Silver Membership

I'm within $100 or so of reaching the $2500 needed for RZ Silver. However, I have some pending purchases that haven't cleared yet and most likely won't until January 2012. Also, I would need to spend a little more to reach the amount but it's 12-23 and I'm not sure if those purchases will count toward teh annual limit or only do after they clear teh 30 day waiting period which means they would go toward 2012 totals. Does anyone know which is it? I would like to get to that $2500 total but only if my last minute 2011 purchases will do it. Thanks for any info any can provide.
