Reward zone membership "closed"

I tried logging into myrewardzone.com  my password and account info is not being accepted. I called the reward zone customers support phone # on 09/27, 10/4, 10/6, and 10/11. Each time, I was told I would recieve a call back, as they told me that I closed my account. I did no such thing, and had thousands of points on my account. I want to know WHAT happened to my account, NOW

I was also told I would be "called" about the problem from the first rep. I talked to about the problem. After I did not get a call, I contacted BBY and the second rep says "we never call just email, I don't know why she would have told you that." He said he would create a new case # and I would get an email in 7-10 days. I asked how can I believe him and he said "why would I give you wrong information?" To which I replied: "Why would the first woman give me wrong information?" I demanded (and it took a couple demands) to be sent to a supervisor which was a good idea since at least he knew what the problem was unlike the first-line guy.

I called again, because it still did not work. What a rotten company! THey claim I purchased for resale, which is simply not true.  How could they possibly know that, this is freaking crazy. I have been on hold for 55 minutes now with different "supervisors".  If I don't receive a call back TODAY and my account reinstated, I am writing to The Consumerist and posting on twitter.  I can't take this anymore, for a stupid rewards card.
