If you feel that by calling me ignorant makes things better for you and Best Buy, I don't think so. If you feel that my ignorance for not reading the back of the coupon and understand what it says after reading it for a couple of seconds clears things up, then what does it say for the Best Buy staff who either spent 15 minutes (not seconds) to come up with a reason or for the entire staff of another store not knowing why the coupon did not go through and sending me out the store empty handed. That doesn't say much for the ignorance of the Best Buy staff. Why didn't you adress the ignorance of the Best Buy staff?

whalerfan- While everyone else is ripping you in 2 of your cases you are actually justified and I would probably fight the issue with RZP CS. I looked at the coupon and nowhere does the $25 for $250 coupon state that it can't be used on Canon cameras or Canon bundles. It says Sony DSLR and Nikon DSLR are excluded so I am not sure where they got that info from. Also on the $10 gift card one, you should not have to return an entire item just do get all that done. I would call CS and request the equivalent of the $10 (500pts) in RZ coupons. However, on the other two items Apple products and ereaders are always excluded for whatever reason.
As far as the OP goes, technically though the TV is listed under accessories it is still hardware as it is a display/monitor which are listed as excluded, despite it being listed under accessories and that's because BBY doesn't really have a category for hardware on the website. I'm not employee but I'm feeling like you are going to be out of luck on that one.

Thanks for your reply. I certainly appreciate it. I can not agree with you more regarding the Canon bundle package for the digital camera package because I know that I could not find why the coupon was excluded. As I stated, when it took two store associates and and a manager 10-15 minutes to read and re-read the coupon and state that the camera bundles are excluded, I think I only got half the truth. Only certain bundles were excluded and I do not believe that the Canon bundle package was part of the exclusion.
As far as the second item that you mention, I am confused since I did not try to use a coupon with a purchase of a TV or monitor. Perhaps you confused me with someone else.
Thank you for your help regarding the Canon camera package though.
