I'm having the same issue also. I have a Premier Silver Membership and recently received my Best Buy Reward Zone Mastercard. Now I have two memberships and wish that I could just merge the two and combine my points. Any help would be appreciated.

I would be happy to help with your situation, as well as any other fantastic customer of ours that may come across this post and be in need! In order for me to help/get started please send me a private message with your Reward Zone member numbers (both your original Premier Silver and the new MasterCard account). You can send a private message to me by clicking on the “private message” envelope in the upper right-hand corner of the page, and then composing a new message to my username “SARAH-BBY”. Once I receive this information I will follow up with you again, also by private message, as quickly as possible.

I contacted them by phone around the same time you posted this here for the same problem, and it's taking them along time to merge my accounts as well.

She most likely already has your info based on email address. If she needs additional info, she will request it.
Be sure to keep an eye on your private messages.

Any updates?? It looks like there are a bunch of us on the same boat now… it seems to be a common problem so maybe we will get a little more attention.
