Reward Zone Mastercard, Second Issue

Hello,

 

I realized today that there has been a problem with my Reward Zone account.  Before 08/13/2009 I was a standard account owner.  Sometime in the summer I signed up for a Reward Zone Mastercard account.  I began acquiring points very quickly, as it is not uncommon for me to put $3000-$5000 dollars through my credit card every month as I use it to pay all of my bills, buy groceries, and have used it to set up my new house.  

 

These points soon elevated me to Premier Silver Status, on the date mentioned above.


While this status was appreciated, I suddenly no longer saw any of my Reward Zone Mastercard purchases showing up on my myrewardzone.com account.  It was as if receiving Premier Silver status had suddenly precluded me from getting the benefits of my RZ Mastercard.  From the 13th of August on, I have received points only for purchases that were AT Best Buy, and nothing from any other purchases as I had been before, and as I should be receiving from my card per the cardholder agreement.

This is very concerning.  I have called the RZ Premier Silver helpline twice, and have not gotten a satisfactory answer.  One woman tried to tell me that I was confused, stating that the Best Buy purchases having been listed was proof that I was getting points.  But really, she was confused, as there are thousands of dollars that I have spent outside of Best Buy for which I have received no points.  I have the credit card statements, paid in full, to prove it.

 

If this card is not going to gain me reward zone points, I see no reason to continue using it.  And if I am not going to get reward zone points, I see no reason to shop at Best Buy for electronics that I could be buying elsewhere at the same price (or less).  If this issue isn't corrected, I will take my business elsewhere, and encourage everyone else I know to do the same, and then not one, but two companies will have lost out.  I don't want to do this, and would prefer to see the issue resolved.

My RewardZone Master Card only shows points from using the card outside of Best Buy once per month when the bill is processed. Are you positive that your card is not doing this?

I don't think so, but I suppose I could be wrong.  If that is the case, what date every month should I expect the bill to be processed?

Mine appears on the 10th of each month. It is located in the bottom section of the "Points and Purchases" windows. Under the header "Reward Zone program MasterCard Statement Points Summary (Last 90 Days):"

Mine hasn't arrived, and the 10th of the months has come and gone in the middle of the week.
