I am a silver member, and about a week ago returned some items bought with a reward certificate. The returns show up on my reward account, and show up with negative points at that - for the money refunded directly. But I have no replacement $20 rewards certificate - does it take longer for the certificate refund to go thorough or am I really out a certificate I earned buy spending $1000 at BB?

Thanks for the help! Guess I'll wait around seeing if I get a connector reply or actually have the points show up first. Either way as long as I get them back, I'll be happy.

Oi, still no certificate or points, and it melded the purchase and refund into one entry on my transactions page so it doesn't even show I used the $20 certificate on the purchase now. So irritating. Hope there will be a customer service forum monitor around sometime soon.

I have had the same issue. I made a purhcase online with our reward zone point certificates. I received the item and it was damaged so we took it to our local Best Buy to return. They said that the points for the certificates woudl be reissued to our reward zone account, but they have not shown up yet. It has been well over a month since the return. What is our next step to get the certiifcate?

I preordered the Game of Thrones season 1 on blu-ray online prior to the promotion of receiving the free keychain and had used a $40 reward certificate. I called customer service on the 11th and was told I would have to cancel my order and reorder it to receive the promotion. I canceled the order on the 11th.
was wondering how long it usually took to get the refund for a new certificate?
