I can't log in to my RZ account and it is now a Premier Silver Membership. When I enter the info, I get the "Log in failed. The information entered does not match our records". I know I typed my password correctly, I even tried to reset it and get the error message "Sorry, we are experiencing technical issues at this time. Please attempt to reset your password again later". Well, later and then much later but within the 2 hour window, it still doesn't work. This is not the first time this has happened in 2012. What is going on?

This happens to me frequently. I wait a while, clear my history, cache and cookies and try again...it usually works.
