Premier Silver Membership

Hello. Correct me if I'm wrong. But I just became a Premier Silver member at the towards the end of 2011.

The rule is

"Your status as a Premier Silver member will begin when you qualify, will continue through the end of the following calendar year and will end on the last day of the following February."

Isn't 2012 supposed to be "the following caldenar year"? It's really sad to see my silver status last only 2 months...

You are correct; once you earn Premier Silver status it should be effect for the remainder of that year, through the following calendar year, and end in February  the year after that.  I will take a look into at your account and send you a private message to discuss it in more detail.  To check for that message in your forum inbox, simply click the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site (must be logged-in for it to appear).

Hi - I think I also have the same problem.  I believe my Premier Silver membership was isssued sometime between 7/11 & 8/11, but my membership is set to end 2/12.

oh great. Another glitch for those that qualified only last year for the first time....

Yes, those that qualified in 2011 should have memberships good until February 2013. To keep it in 2013 though they need to spend another $2500 in 2012.

Hello jenibobenni,

As Kyle previously mentioned, when you qualify for Premier Silver status by having $2,500 in qualifying purchases within a calendar year, it will continue through the end of the following calendar year and will end on the last day of the following February.
