Hello,
I am looking for some help on a points issue I am currently having.
I pre-ordered and picked up a game and a Blu-ray - posted date 04/30/2011
I ended up returning the game the same week due to poor reviews.
The return for the game also showed up in my points account as expected with the (-59.99).
Both transactions have now cleared, the returned game has a negative points total of 74, but I did not receive any points on the original transaction, everything is 0.
How can I get this resolved?

Hello Music,
I am sorry for the confusion, but it seems that the purchase is still pending onto your account. Typically it takes 30-35 days for the purchase to appear and then the points get removed, if a return too place.
Yet- in your case, the purchase has not posted, but your return has. I hope that makes sense. What I would like to do, is allow the 30-25 days to pass and if you are still seeing that negative balance, please reach out to me via a Private Message.
