I placed an order online for a laptop but didnt enter my Silver membership#. My questions are:
- Can I call after I receive the laptop to add my order# to get points for the order?
- Can I get the shipping cost refunded?
- Will order be covered by the 45 day return policy?
- Will it be price-protected?
Also, does the returen policy allow me to return the laptop, box opened, for a refund without having to buy another laptop? Thanks for any help.

Instead of waiting to receive the laptop, I would call right away with the order number and speak to a representative. They may be able to fix the order before it hits your credit card or at least give you the credit right away.
