Hi I have a question about my napster service. My napster service didn't renew itself at the end of the three month period like it normally does. What can I do to fix this? I really enjoy napster.

That benefit was cancelled. Now you only get 6 months of streaming per year.

There is actually a rather large thread already on this topic in this same forum. There are many of us that feel that same way and see the loss of the Napster benefit as being pretty significant in the whole scheme of things.

That is lame, I think they should reconsider this change. That was a realy great perk for them getting my busness.

I recall notice it was going from 3 month to 6 month, but I did not connect the dots it was not renewed as it had been in the past. I just figured we were missing out on about 10 downloads a year. In exchange for the app, that was reasonable. This is not reasonable. I have about $150 to reach my silver for next year. I'll do that THIS time for a year's free shipping and the 6 months of Napster/25 downloads. But then it's moving on to Amazon for most of my purchases. Where I come from, you take care of your good customers. BBY has clearly decided not to do that anymore.

Actually, Napster was sold to Rhapsody. They are not renewing any Silver Member's free access. There will be no more codes for next year. In fact, mine was set to expire in February, but they cancelled the free access yesterday.
