Hello, I made purchases totaling $2626.66 in the last calendar year, but didn't get upgraded to silver status. Is there something that can be done about this? What information would I need to provide? Thanks.

I don't think you'll find anything out till Feb. A lot of us are flying blind right now because we don't know either.
